INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

JKM GLOBAL is the sole owner of the information collected through the web site/phone/e-mail. We will not sell or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this policy. JKM GLOBAL collects information from the users at several different points through our toolbars. Personal Information: we will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. In order to use the JKM GLOBAL Service and the toolbar user must first complete the registration form. During registration, user is required to give user contact information (such as First and Last name, E-mail address, Postal address, Personal identifier etc.). JKM GLOBAL will use your contact details to contact you regarding the product and/or services you have requested. This includes re-registration/renewal notifications, special offers, and surveys on improving our service. Payment Information if user registers to use the Service provided by JKM GLOBAL, we will collect credit card information, and other payment information necessary to complete a payment from user. JKM GLOBAL may use a third party to process and verify credit cards for billing purposes. This requires us to share user name, credit card number, expiration date and billing address with the credit card processing company. When processing a payment transaction, JKM GLOBAL will also obtain information regarding the amount of the payment and other transaction data. We may transfer or disclose this payment information to a third party only to the extent necessary in order to complete the payment processing.

Computer System Information

Subscriber Computer -We may also ask for information related to your computer. This may include: information about the date of purchase of your computer, type of computer or peripherals, identification number of products you own, make and model of and/or any other hardware, software or peripherals attached to it, condition of the computer, system and registry data about software installations and hardware configurations, and error tracking files. Generally, this information is required to provide personalized technical support to you, and to help us update our support tools and enhance our supported products list.
System Access – While requesting support you may request for the problem to be resolved by taking control of your computer. JKM GLOBAL uses qualified tools which allow user to grant control of user computer to an Expert over the Internet, so that the Expert can diagnose or correct problems. Experts are not allowed to use the Access software until and unless they have received adequate training in its use, and user have consented to grant control. In addition, Experts will not use online Access tools to obtain confidential or sensitive information stored on user computer or network, deliberately destroy information on user computer or network, or cause user to experience system problems. You are also advised to close all personal data from your system before giving access to a technician.
Diagnostic Tool – Some JKM GLOBAL online diagnoses application may collect a wide variety of useful information about the state of a computer system and the applications on it. This information is packaged into a document containing all the essential details needed by JKM GLOBAL and is sent securely over the Internet to the JKM GLOBAL server or a third-party server appointed by JKM GLOBAL. JKM GLOBAL analyses this information to help diagnose and solve end-user problems. Information collected by the JKM GLOBAL application will not contain any sensitive information such as Web sites visited, e-mail messages, e-mail addresses sent to, passwords, profiles, etc. Use of the Remote Access and Diagnoses applications is also subject to the terms of use in the respective software license agreements.
Live Help Session Records –JKM GLOBAL reserves the right to monitor on-line and off-line sessions between user and a Technical Support Executive for quality control of the Service provided to the Customer by Technical Support Executive. In addition, we may record on-line and off-line sessions conducted on the Web site for user reference and to assist in resolution of disputes and/or potential complaints. The session records will also be used to improve the Service, build a support knowledge base, and/or conduct internal market research. Session record data will not be correlated with personally identifiable data about individual customers.
Cookies – A cookie is a message given to a Web browser by a Web server. The browser stores the message in a text file. The main purpose of cookies is to identify users and possibly prepare customized Web pages for them. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site and cannot infringe the privacy of our customers. The rights and obligations stipulated in these Terms will be governed and controlled by the laws of India without reference to the applicable choice of law provisions. You agree to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the arbitration to occur in Noida, Uttar Pradesh India in the event of any dispute of any kind arising from or relating to these Terms, Privacy Policy, your use of the Site or the Content. 

You are responsible for complying with the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing Site and you agree that you will not access or use the information on Site in violation of such laws. 

This document details the terms & conditions, basis of the visitor to our site and/or an existing client receiving our services. You are required to read this document carefully, be aware about the services we provide and the terms and conditions, warranties, disclosures, understandings and limitations relating to the performance of services on the part of “JKM GLOBAL” and “You”. It is on the acceptance of these terms and conditions by “You” that we (JKM GLOBAL) will proceed to the next step of registering You as a client, charging of fee and start providing services as per the plan or product opted/selected by you from the available Service Plans & the Processes. 

Computer Installation/Setup: 

Trouble Shooting, PC repair, Internet support for New Internet connection, Fault Repair, Browser and Speed up, email support for New account setup (Rules and Troubleshooting), installation of anti-virus and anti-spy ware, removal of virus and spy ware, providing PC/Laptop security through set up, configuration of firewalls, set up of data back-up, PC peripheral support by way of helping in installation of printer, LaserJet and multi-functional printers, scanners, MP3 players, digital cameras, optimization of start-up setting, PC health and speed, and operating system support. It does not provide any hardware replacement services as part of any of the plans. A plan is applicable to a single well identifiable Laptop or a Central Processing Unit and its peripherals and it is assumed you are well acquainted with all the parts; operation and you have access to the system all the time. We provide One Time Fix Plan (Per Incident Plan), Annual Plan, Premium Annual Plan and Family Plan. Once you choose a plan or service through our portal, you will be contacted by JKM GLOBAL on your email ID or phone at the time convenient to you. You will be guided through the process of registration for the plan of your choice. After registration, you will be required to pay for the plan fee. You can choose to pay by debit card or credit card either directly on our website or convey this number to us on telephone. We will charge the fee. This fee will be charged depending on the plan chosen by you. In case our service is used for any unregistered computer system, you will be charged with another fee to your account (similar to plan already chosen by you for your registered computer system).
